How It Works:

All surfaces are microscopically porous. Our nano-sealant products are engineered to bond molecularly (self-organize) with the surface, restructuring the surface's porosity and creating a more consistent, smoother surface.

A smoother surface creates a higher “contact angle” and reduces the ability of water droplets and contaminants from clinging and adhering to the surface. To the human touch the surface is smooth with a satin finish.

 

This protective barrier is colorless, odorless, and will not crack, peel, or discolor. Because it forms a permanent bond with the surface, the seal can withstand considerable exposure from external forces and will last up to ten times longer than competitive products that are wax based. The coating is 30 nanometers thick, which adds zero weight (a human hair is 80,000 nanometers thick).

 

Because the nano-sealant is applied manually, we recommend two initial applications to ensure full coverage. Single re-applications are recommended every 1-2 years, depending on the application.

Because the nano-coating is permanently bonded to the surface, it will only wear through abrasive means (such as wipers), and some surfaces wear quicker than others.

The re-application repairs the “worn” areas, but does not add a 2nd coating to the surface.
